About us
Your Tasks
- You will lead, manage, and develop the accounting team.
- You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in collaboration with the accounting team and external service providers.
- You are accountable for all accounting processes, streamlining and automating the Oracle Fusionbased processes.
- You will identify opportunities for improvement and lead projects on special accounting topics.
- You will develop and improve financial reporting and management tools.
- You are the key communicator for the external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax consultants.
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in business or a relevant further qualification, or training in financial accounting, balance sheet accounting, tax consulting, or similar.
- You have several years of experience in accounting, with several years in a leadership role.
- Ideally, you already have experience using Oracle in accounting.
- You have solid knowledge of German accounting (HGB) and tax regulations (especially VAT).
- You possess excellent analytical skills, a structured and detailoriented way of working, as well as teamwork and initiative.
